Below you can read about the terms and conditions that apply when you book our professional IT Services.
1. "Customer" – means the person or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated company as defined by the Companies Act 2006 to whom the IT Service are supplied by the Company.
2. SuperCyber Limited means "Company", also referred to as “we” or “us” in these terms and conditions.
3. “Contract” means any Contract between you and us for the sale and purchase of Goods or Services, incorporating these Terms.
4. “Goods” means any Services agreed to be supplied to you by us (including any part or parts of them).
5. “Force” means any cause affecting the performance by SuperCyber Limited of its obligations arising from acts, events, omissions, happenings or non-happenings beyond its reasonable control including (but not limited to) act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident; war, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority; import or export regulations or embargoes; strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or of a third-party); difficulty in obtaining materials, labour or machinery; and power failure or breakdown in machinery.
6. All Contracts of sale made by Us shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any other terms from the party (“the Customer”) with whom SuperCyber Limited is dealing.
7. All Orders are subject to acceptance of the Goods ordered: SuperCyber Limited is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. Customer agrees to adhere to.
8. Goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular application or for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing.
Cancellation of Orders
9. Once the Order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. In some cases, at our discretion, we may agree to accept cancellation.
10. The prices of the services are negotiated according to the Client's requirements.
11. Services are invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of acceptance of the Order. The company reserves the right to change prices according to the degree of complexity of implementation.
Payments
12. Payment is made after receiving the desired Service. Our standard terms require payment within 30 days from the date of the invoice,

If you fail to make any payment due to us by the due date for payment, then we may charge you interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 10% per month,above the Bank of England's base lending rate. Such interest shall accrue from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount.
14. Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash or cheque.
15. SuperCyber Limited shall use reasonable endeavours to despatch Goods by the date agreed with the Customer, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a delay is likely, we shall contact the Customer and advise of the delay.
16. Delivery is deemed to take place when the Goods are delivered to the Customer.
17. Title in the Goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by Company.
18. If Company cannot supply the Goods ordered by the Customer, SuperCyber Limited reserves the right to offer Goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost.
19. In dealings with its Customers, SuperCyber Limited shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships loss of data and other financial loss. (“Financial loss” in this sense does not refer to the price you have paid for the Goods).
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of Contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in respect of the Goods or Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
